Here are a few details you may wish to take note of:
Preparation Beforehand: There is nothing in particular you need do beforehand, though some clients do like to make some notes to bring along, especially if they have specific points they wish to cover or questions they would like answered.
Arriving for a daytime appointment: For daytime appointments (up to 5.30 pm), please come to the main reception at 1 Harley Street, London W1G 9QD approximately 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Arriving for an evening appointment: For evening appointments (ie after 5.30 pm) please come direct to the door at Number 7 Harley Street, London W1G 9QD and press buzzer ‘2’, followed by the ‘Call’ button.
Important: Please do NOT buzz before your appointment time as it may interrupt the previous session – thank you.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Once your booking is in the diary we take that as a confirmed booking and you are committed to the appointment.
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling, or you may be liable for the full session fee.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash, cheque, card or BACS transfer, usually agreed at the end of each session.
Contact On The Day Of Your Appointment: If you are running late, stuck for directions or have any other issue on the day of your appointment, please either call my personal receptionist on 0845 226 7123 (she will send me a message) or send me a text message direct to 07887 566 562.
Please note: I rarely have email access on Client days.
Once we have met and you have a feel for how things work, you will be able to relax into the whole process and get on with resolving whatever it is you are seeking help with.
