No two sessions are ever the same because no two smokers are ever the same. A simple, but powerful change must occur in order for you to break the habit and override the addiction. That is what we will help you bring about.
It would be unethical to make idle promises or absolute guarantees without having met you, owing to the unique nature of each individual smoker. However, we have developed a stop smoking hypnosis programme that works – and if you follow the plan, it will work for you.
Usually we do this in one session, but some people do prefer a slightly more gradual approach and if that is the case for you, then we are very happy to accommodate.
